  • All unwanted FULL PRICE items must be returned within 28 days.
  • All unwanted SALE or DISCOUNTED items need to be returned within 14 days.
  • The return period starts from the delivery date of your parcel & we must receive it back within the 28-day period/14-day period.
  • You must notify us of a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Please e-mail & we will send you all of the return details.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with the tags attached.
  • All shoes must be in their original boxes, with no sign of damage.
  • Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in either the item being sent back to you or a credit note raised
    (depending on the condition of return)

All of these items are not eligible for a refund

  • Pre-order items cannot be returned as these have been specifically ordered for you.
  • Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
  • Hair accessories due to health & safety.
  • Socks that have been removed from the packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a straight exchange system.

  • Please note we are unable to put items on hold for you for an exchange due to the fast nature of our business.
  • Once your item arrives with us we will refund you within 10 working days.

In the rare case that your item is faulty please follow these steps.

  • Once the item arrives with us, we will inspect it and contact you regarding the outcome. (It is our right to charge you for the postage if this service is used incorrectly.)

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately not, all return costs are to be covered by the customer.

How much does a return usually cost?

Parcel costs are based on size & weight, roughly your return will cost you around £3.99. We advise you to use a tracked or signed service in the unfortunate event that your parcel gets lost in transit.

How do I return my item?

Contact us at within 14 days of delivery for full price items & 7 days for sale items. When sending your items back please ensure you include your name & order number. Failure to do so means we will not be able to locate your order so your refund will be delayed.

How long does a refund take?

Once we have received your return, we aim to refund you within 10 working days.
