Orders and Shipping

We offer two postage options. 
Standard delivery – 2 to 5 working days
Express delivery – 1 to 2 working days

Please note these are estimated time-frames & we do not offer any refunds for ‘late’ parcels.

You can only change your shipping address if your order has not been dispatched. If your order has already left us, we can not make any changes to this. 

You will receive tracking details from Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched. If you require further assistance please contact us via email or live chat for real time tracking details. 

Yes, if you have an account created. However you can elect to not store these details. Our website is protected with modern SSL protection to ensure your safety & security. If you do have further concerns, please contact our support team. 

We do not charge tax to UK orders. You may be charged tax on international orders. Please see tax calculations when you checkout. 

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 28 day returns policy. This policy starts from the date of delivery & we must be notified of your return within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return please contact us at returns@lovelully.com & we will provide you with the return details.

Please note, all return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do check all of our orders before they leave us, however we are human & know that mistakes can happen. In this instance, please contact us at customerservices@lovelully.com & we can look into this for you.

All of our orders are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched, however if your order was to arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 

Please contact us on returns@lovelully.com we can then provide you with the mailing address. 

Please note all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to use a secure postage method, incase it goes missing in transit.

As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order. Any changes that need to be made would be dependent on their nature & stock available. Please contact us at customerservices@lovelully.com as soon as possible so we can help you.

If an item can be pre-ordered we will make this noticeable on the product. You will then be able to back-order the item & this will be ordered in specifically for you. Please note any pre-order payments cannot be refunded.
