Returns & Refunds

- The return period starts from the delivery date of your parcel & we must receive it back within the 28-day period.
- You must notify us of a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Please e-mail returns@lovelully.com & we will send you all of the return details.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with the tags attached.
- Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in either the item being sent back to you or a credit note raised
