Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes items just aren’t right. Here are our guidelines to help you understand our returns policy.

» Full priced items to be returned within 30 days of your invoice date for a full refund (which you will find at the top of your invoice)

» Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Please keep away from odours, damp areas, and other conditions which may cause damage to the items.

» We allow 14 days from your invoice date to return sale items. Any items returned after this will be provided with a credit note. This is valid for 3 months from the date of authorisation.

» Pangasa jackets & hats are non-refundable (a credit note will be given which is valid for 3 months from authorisation)
