Returns & Refunds
- All unwanted FULL PRICE items must be returned within 28 days.
- All unwanted SALE or DISCOUNTED items need to be returned within 14 days.
- The return period starts from the delivery date of your parcel & we must receive it back within the 28-day period/14-day period.
- You must notify us of a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Please e-mail returns@lovelully.com & we will send you all of the return details.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with the tags attached.
- All shoes must be in their original boxes, with no sign of damage.
- Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in either the item being sent back to you or a credit note raised
(depending on the condition of return)
