We understand that sometimes items just aren’t right. Here are our guidelines to help you understand our returns policy.
» Full priced items to be returned within 30 days of your invoice date for a full refund (which you will find at the top of your invoice)
» Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Please keep away from odours, damp areas, and other conditions which may cause damage to the items.
» We allow 14 days from your invoice date to return sale items. Any items returned after this will be provided with a credit note. This is valid for 6 months from the date of authorisation.
How to return
The cost of returning items remains your responsibility. Please use a secure delivery method of your choice and keep your proof of postage in case of lost or damaged packages in transit.
» Return items in the postage bag or another suitable covering. Please include your order number, name & reason for return inside so we can locate your order.

» Once your items have been returned to us we will inspect items and issue your refund back to your original payment method or credit note based on your returned items.
» Pre-order items are non-refundable.
» Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
» Pangasa jackets & hats are non-refundable (a credit note will be given which is valid for 3 months from authorisation)
» Hair Accessories
» Socks are non-refundable if they have been removed from packaging
We do not offer a straight exchange system. If you require an exchange of size we recommend:
» Purchase correct items from our store.
» Return your unwanted items as per our above policy
On the rare occasion an item is faulty:
» Please contact our customer care team who will happily advise you of the best options.
» Please advise us as soon as possible so we can rectify this issue for you in a timely manner.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be processed by our team.
* Any items received after the return period will be issued with a credit note.
** Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer & no original shipping fee’s will be refunded.
After your refund has been processed by us, we are unable to advise when this will show back in your account. Each payment method/bank has their own refund process times.
