We understand that from time to time, our items are just not right for your little one/s, that’s why we offer an easy squabble free 30 days return policy.
If you need to request a refund, please contact us here. Ensure you include your full name, order number and the reason for return.
Please note: sale/discounted items must be returned within 14 days of invoice (purchase date)
Please ensure that the item/s you wish to return are in line with our returns policy:
– Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice (purchase date)
– Items must be in an unused & re-saleable condition with all tags attached.
– Items must be odour free (cigarettes, damp etc)
Any items sent to us outside of the 30 days, will not be refunded or exchanged. If the customer would like the item returned to them this will be at senders cost.
We recommend inspecting all of the item/s in your order upon receipt (even when purchasing for a baby that may not be born yet) to ensure any returns or credits that need to be processed can be done in the allocated time frame. In the unlikely event that items may be missing from your order, please contact one of the Customer Support Team within 7 days of receipt to ensure this can be rectified. Any items deemed missing after this time cannot be investigated.
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons:
– Socks & Tights
– Hair Accessories
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer and no shipping fee will be refunded. Any items that are returned after these period times, will be provided with a credit note. We advise that all returns are sent via a secure postage option, so that in the unlikely event that it is lost you are covered. We cannot take any liability for any missing parcels.
Gift card purchases are non refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash value. All of our Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and these cannot be extended,

Buy Now Pay Later (Clearpay & Klarna)
Please follow the above refund process, and we will credit this amount to your Clearpay/Klarna account and your payment dates (if applicable) will be adjusted accordingly.
We advise you to arrange a return of the unsuitable size, and re-order the correct size via our site. Once we have received your return this will be processed as above. Please note you will be responsible for the return postage cost of the exchange unless the item is faulty/damaged, however we will cover the re-postage to you.
