To be eligible for a refund your items must:
- Be unused, in their original packaging & with the tags attached.
- Shoes must be in their original box with no sign of damage.
There are some non-refundable items:
- Pre-order items (including deposits) as these have been ordered in specifically for you.
- Hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.
- Socks that have been removed from the packaging.
We advise you to use a tracked service when returning an item, once this has been signed for please allow up to 10 days for your item to be refunded.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a free exchange service. All returned items will be refunded in line with our refund policy. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!
If your return takes you under the free postage threshold, we reserve the right to deduct our standard delivery charge of £4.99 from your refund.

What are your sizes like?
Please refer to description of each item as I provide a sizing recommendation. I have also added a size guide to each product for easier shopping.
Can I cancel my order?
If you order is yet to be dispatched, I can cancel this for you. However if order has left me I cannot make any changes.
My order has failed but money has been taken from my account.
This is a security measure by your bank, they will hold the money temporarily & then release it back to you.
Which courier do you use?
I use Royal Mail, and the delivery times will change depending on the option you choose.
What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive?
In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive, please notify me within 10 working days. I can open an investigation with Royal Mail, however I will not be able to comment further until they have completed the search.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we ship worldwide, please check our delivery page for time-frames & prices.
Am I able to return my item for a refund?
Of course, as long as your return is in line with the returns policy I can refund you back to your original payment method.
How long does a refund take to process?
I aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receipt. Please note your bank may take longer to show the refund in your account.
Do I have to pay return postage?
Yes, all return postage is the responsibility of the customer. I advise using a tracked service so you know when it has arrived with me.
