Stock Sizes Notice

Please be aware some sizes of your clothing are Approximations due to stock being sourced abroad. We have measured and determined the size sent is appropriate to the stock in question. Some sizes may be be advertised as 0-3 Months and will be labelled with a “6 Month” Tag. Items ordered 3-6 Months may be labelled with a “6 Month” tag. Items ordered 6-12 Months could be labelled “12 Months” and items 12-18 Months could be labelled as “18 Months”.

These are appropriate sizes to European standard clothing. If you do have any problems please contact us on all available channels and we will be happy to explain, advise and provide assistance.

Product Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 30 days of despatch in its original, saleable condition with a note stating the reason for sending it back.

You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full vddalue of the item, less delivery charge.

Please ensure that your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as drinks, food or cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please note: Personalised items such as Prints, Bouquets or anything which required a specified name, detail, or engravement are Non-Refundable.

Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your account or card, our customer service team will contact you.

Returns Policy

You may return undamaged Items with the tag intact within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please Fill In the returns slip provided with your invoice with all the relevant details and send your parcel back to us.

Note: You are responsible for postage for returning unused items. If the item is faulty we will refund you the delivery amount on proof of delivery receipt.

Missing Delivery

In the unfortunate circumstance that your item has not been delivered please contact us. Please allow 2-4 Working days as normal. If items have not arrived after 7 days please let us know.

we will investigate with Royal Mail regarding the location and details of your parcel. Once we have investigated and have not recovered your order we can offer TWO OPTIONS.

  1. We will replace the stock with the same item in the same size. Stock availability may come into factor. If the stock is unavailable please inform us if you are happy to wait. we usually replenish stock reasonably quick.
  2. We can offer a full refund for your item including delivery costs.
