All of our delivery times are estimates & do not include the 48 hours processing time (Saturday delivery not included!). We do not offer any refunds for postage due to delays.
Please check with your local authority regarding any possible import charges. These charges are your responsibility & by law we have to declare the true value of your parcel.

- 28 day return policy for full price items.
- 14 day return policy for sale items.
Please notify us of your return at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will send you the details within 48 hours (Mon-Fri)
To be eligible for a refund your items must:
- Be unused, in their original packaging & with the tags attached.
- Shoes must be in their original box with no sign of damage.
There are some non-refundable items:
- Pre-order items (including deposits) as these have been ordered in specifically for you.
- Hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.
- Socks that have been removed from the packaging.
We advise you to use a tracked service when returning an item, once this has been signed for please allow up to 10 days for your item to be refunded.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a free exchange service. All returned items will be refunded in line with our refund policy. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!
If your return takes you under the free postage threshold, we reserve the right to deduct our standard delivery charge of £4.99 from your refund.
